The weather
was spectacular this weekend with the exception of Monday morning, however,
later in the afternoon it was beautiful. There were quite a few activities
happening on the Island; The Stewart Farm Dedication, The Adopt-A-Brick
ceremony at Readers Cove, and the Idle Hour held their own ceremonies
which included a blessing of the fleet.
Unfortunately we were not on hand to experience these events but have
word that the activities were enjoyed by all.
Several Island youths participated in a Horse Show this weekend in Sandusky
Michigan and we were in attendance. Heather Glowski, Alicia Schuknecht,
Amanda Zaidan, Marinna Marlow and Zach Marlow, all received placements
in their respective competitions, it was a spectacular event.
